I am pleased to write this letter expressing my sincere appreciation for the service provided by Filta and their team at the Filta Group. We began a trial period last year to review the savings. The FiltaFry service reduced the average oil consumption to half its original use. The savings in oil and labor have more than paid for the service.

Our employees are ecstatic to finally offload the responsibility of cleaning the fryers to someone else. The fear of improper oil filtration and disposal, a major concern for us, has been completely removed. In addition our fryers are like new again. It’s fantastic to see the change.

Without a doubt one of the best decisions we have made in regard to outside vendors.
